PAGE   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 43 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书 PAGE 1 (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：设计年产量140万吨的中厚板厂 专 业：材料成型及控制工程 班 级：成型06-1班 设计年产量为140万吨的中厚板厂 摘 要 中厚板是冶金产品中的重要产品之一，它的生产水平和产品质量代表了一个国家钢铁工业的发展水平。中厚板生产产品的发展趋势是以高强、专用特殊板为主，生产技术的发展趋势是以TMCP和微合金化为主，辅之以满足下游用户特殊需要的探伤、喷丸和热处理等工艺。 本次设计是以包头地区为建厂地点，设计年产量为140万吨的中厚板厂，以12mm×25000mm×6000-12000mm的碳素结构钢板Q345B为典型产品。本设计通过查阅相关文献资料，简单介绍了中厚板的发展现状，并分析了建厂的可行性。设计主要内容是制定了产品大纲，确定了生产工艺流程，选择了轧机及辅助设备。并根据典型产品重点制定了压下规程，计算了辊形，校核了轧辊及主电机。最后用CAD以1:200的比例画出车间平面图。 关键词 中厚板 生产工艺 轧机 平面布置 The design of the medium plate plant with the annual output of 1,400,000 tons Abstract Medium plate is one of the important products in metallurgy field, the level of it’s manufacture and the quality of product represent the development level of steel industry of the country. The medium plate manufacturing technology will develop fast along with the development of the steel industry and change of the requirement of the downstream industry. The tendency of the medium plate’s product development is mainly on the the TMCP and microalloy technology, subsidiary technology are the detection, blast grit, and can be divided into 9 chapters, mainly introduced are the development of medium plate in our country, the necessity and reliability of this plant in Baotou area, Design production capacity of 1，400，000 tons of plate plant to 12mm × 2500mm × 6000~12000mm of Q345B carbon structural steel products for the typical product. The design information through access to relevant literature, product schedule, process, equipment, table of rolling, annual output, subsidiary equipment, strength test and the test of the engine power, and the last chapter is the layout of the workshop.
