　　虎眼万年青总皂苷对大鼠肝癌变过程中Ki67及Flt 作者：千昌石，金星林，杜希臣，朴东明，金京顺，吴艳玲 【摘要】 目的动态检测虎眼万年青总皂苷对二乙基亚硝胺诱发的大鼠肝癌变过程中肝组织中ki67、血管内皮生长因子受体（flt-1）表达的影响。方法二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝癌变，虎眼万年青总皂苷干预，运用免疫组化方法观察并分析第12周末、14周末、18周末肝组织标本中ki67、flt-1的表达。结果肝癌变过程中以12周模型组ki67 li表达最高，14周及18周模型组ki67 li逐渐降低，与12周模型组比较有统计学意义。虎眼万年青总皂苷作用的12周预防组ki67 li较低且与相应12周模型组有统计学意义。诱癌14周模型组flt-1 li表达最高， 12周及18周模型组flt-1 li相对低下，与14周模型组比较有统计学意义。虎眼万年青总皂苷作用的14周预防组、治疗组flt-1 li降低，且与模型组有统计学意义。结论二乙基亚硝胺诱发??肝癌变过程中以肝损伤、硬化阶段肝细胞增生活跃，而虎眼万年青总皂苷干预此阶段的肝细胞增生。二乙基亚硝胺诱发的肝癌变过程中在肝癌发生阶段flt-1表达较高，虎眼万年青总皂苷干预此阶段flt-1表达。 【关键词】 虎眼万年青总皂苷； 二乙基亚硝胺； 肝； 实验； ki67； flt-1 　　abstract：objectiveto study the dynamic expression of ki67 and flt-1 in the hepatic tissue in diethylnitrosamine(den)_induced hepatocarcinogenesis and the effect interfered caudatum ait total saponin(oca-ts). methodski67 and flt-1 munohistochemical staining in den_induced hepatocarcinogenesis after 12 ent than the normal group. the expression of ki67 li odel group, the oca-ts interfered the expression of ki67 li in this periods significantly. and the ki67 li decreased gradually in the 14 odel group, there had significant correlation betodel group respectively. and in these periods the oca-ts interfered the expression of ki67 li not too much. ent than the normal group. the expression of flt-1 li odel group, the oca-ts interfered the expression of flt-1 li in this periods significantly. and the flt-1 li decreased in the 12 odel group relatively, there had significant correlation betodel group respectively. and in these periods the oca-ts interfered the expression of flt-1 li not too much.conclusionthe hepatocellular exist hyperplasia in the periods of hepatic trauma and hepatic cirrhosis a occuring periods, and the oca-ts interfered the expression of flt-1 in this periods. 　　key caudatum ait total saponin(oca-ts); hepatic cancer; diethylnitrosamine(den); experimental; ki67; flt-1 虎眼万年青ornithogalum caudatum ait为百合科多年生球根植物，原产于非洲南部，民间全草入药，用于抗炎症、抗肿瘤等治疗。.虎眼万年青球茎中含有大量的生物碱及化学成分，其中虎眼万年青皂苷（osl的二乙基亚硝胺(den)溶液（美国sigma公
