PAGE  PAGE 42 壶关县生态功能区划研究 摘 要 生态功能又称生态服务功能，是指生态系统与生态过程所形成及所维持的人类赖以生存的自然环境条件与效用。生态功能区划是研究生态系统生态功能，判断生态系统分异和变化特征，提出生态退化恢复策略的基础。其目的是明确需要优先保护的生态系统和区域，分析区域可能的生态环境问题与生态环境脆弱区，为产业布局、生态环境保护与建设规划提供科学依据，为实施区域生态环境分区管理提供基础和前提。 壶关县生态功能区划是按照生态功能区划的原则和方法，介绍了壶关县自然和经济概况，并对壶关县进行了生态现状评价，生态敏感性评价和生态服务功能重要性评价，并对壶关县进行了生态功能分区，完成了生态功能区划。 关键词:生态现状评价；生态敏感性评价；生态服务功能性评价；生态功能区划 Ecological Function Zoning of Hu Guan Abstract The ecological function had another name called the ecological service function, refering to the ecosystem and ecological course forming and natural environment condition and utility which the mankind kept depending on for existence. Ecological function zoning is to study the ecological function of ecosystem, judge ecosystem differentiation and change the characteristic, put forward the ecology and degradate on the foundation which resumes the tactics. The target of ecological function regionalization is to distinguish the regional ecological problems and ecological fragile areas, determine the prior protection ecosystems and regions, and to supply scientific basis for regional ecological protection, region-based ecosystem management and sustainable development. The ecological function zoning of Huguan county is according to the principle and method of ecological function zoning, have introduced the natural and economic overview of Huguan county, and appraise the ecological current situation to Huguan county, ecological sensitiveness appraisal and ecological service function importance appraisal, and has carried on the ecological function dividing area to Huguan county, have finished ecological function zoning.
