湖南大学毕业设计（论文） 第  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 41 页 网络流量计费系统 摘要 按流量和时长是目前网络计费的两种常用方式。现今大多数国内网络收费方面比较简单的方式是包月制或定时长，。由于网络出口带宽有限，而包月制用户能无节制应用网络资源，导致出口宽带被少数人占用，影响大部分人浏览网页等普通应用的网速。但在现有硬件条件下，给网络减负就只能通过人为控制，使网络资源得到合理利用，比较直接有效的控制方式就是使用按流量计费的方式，以减少一部分用户无节制地使用，改善大多数用户上网的带宽条件。 本文的系统是基于侦听的流量计费系统。该系统在VC++6.0环境下用MFC进行开发，通过SOCKET编程将网卡设置成混杂模式，监听、捕获所有流经服务器网卡的数据包，然后将数据包分解，提取有关信息，最后根据数据和指定的费率按IP地址进行计费，从而实现系统的计费功能。本文最后测试了计费系统的功能。经测试，系统实现了管理员登陆，数据包捕获，用户管理，计费等功能。 关键字：网络流量，计费，侦听，SOCKET，MFC Network Traffic Accounting System Abstract By the volume and length of time the network is billing the two commonly used methods.
