Our department since 2004 were treated in acute epiglottitis 140 cases are reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 140 patients, male 84 cases, female 56 cases, male to female ratio was 1.5:1. Aged 13 to 75 years, mean 34.5 years old. Pathogenesis of treatment time from 1 ~ 72h, an average of 13h.
