Methods: 14 patients with typical angina pectoris patients, the ECG, Holter, submaximal treadmill exercise test, echocardiography, coronary angiography and other tests, diagnosis of cardiac X syndrome, the treatment of first use of nitrates, calcium antagonists after failed and the use of -blockers.
