Methods 153 patients with dyspnea were divided into three groups: A group of pulmonary dyspnea group of 51 cases; B after operation cycle of excessive blood lead group of 46 cases of breathing difficulties; C myocardial contractility disorder caused difficulty in breathing group of 56 cases, detection of plasma BNP levels and echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), some patients with Swan Ganz hemodynamic monitoring. The results of 153 cases of dyspnea in patients with plasma BNP levels and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) are: A group (178.25 ± 45.43) pg / L, (0.61 ± 0.07) pg / L; B group (3545.58 ± 1147.48 ) pg / L, (0.59 ± 0.06) pg / L; C group (10471.55 ± 3599.23) pg / L, (0.32 ± 0.11) pg / L. C group of patients, plasma BNP levels were significantly higher than B and A groups; while group A group B no significant difference in EF and plasma BNP concentration in group A were significantly higher than the B group. Conclusion The release of BNP directly with the ventricular volume overload and ventricular contraction obstacles related to ventricular contraction obstacle seems to be better able to rise to elevated levels of plasma BNP.
