Methods: HClO4 precipitation, Heparin Sepharose CL 6B affinity chromatography and other purification 2GPI using SDS PAGE, Western blot analysis of purified protein purity, observation of temperature, NaCl concentration and the preservative stability under the conditions of 2GPI. Results: The method to obtain high purity protein 2GPI (gt; 95%. 2GPI in low concentration in 0.8 mol / L of NaCl solution at room temperature and at 4 home easily degradable degeneration, but in 1.6 mol / L NaCl solution at room temperature and stored at 4 for 60 days showed no obvious degradation of proteins. Methods: 2GPI was purified by Heparin Sepharose CL 6B affinity chromatography following by HClO4 precipitation. The purity of the isolated 2GPI was identified by SDS PAGE, Western Blot analysis. And it’s stability was observed under different temperature, concentration of salt and antiseptics. Results: 2GPI was harvested using above methods and it’s purity was confirmed more than 95%. The protein maintained in the concentration of lower than 0.8 mol / L NaCl might be degraded at room temperature even though at 4 . But it was obviously stable when it was maintained in 1.6 mol / L NaCl at room temperature or 4 . Conclusion: Human 2GPI with high purity from the plasma can be obtained by our m
