In recent years, with the widespread application of antibiotics, pathological examination and imaging techniques improve, the incidence rate has gradually increased the trend. now our hospital in June 2001 ~ June 2009 of 28 treated patients with allergic fungal sinusitis reported below. Materials and Methods 1. General Information in our hospital in June 2001 ~ June 2009 were admitted to hospital and surgical treatment of 28 cases of AFS patients, 19 males and 9 females; age 16 to 72 years, mean age 43 years old. Duration of 1 week 4 months, part of the bilateral sinus disease in 12 cases, right sinus in 11 cases, left sinus in 5 patients, of which the highest incidence of maxillary sinus, accounting for 78.57% (22/28), all cases were varying degrees of nasal congestion, headache, runny nose, sneezing, 5 patients had tears in blood, 12 patients had hyposmia, 25 cases with nasal polyps.
