Methods 26 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology in patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma conventional 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging MRI, MRCP images and B-diagnosis, including 12 regular dynamic enhanced 3D-VIBE, 10 cases underwent CT, and compared with pathological results, compare their diagnostic value. The results of conventional MRI with MRCP accurate positioning of this group of cases was 100 %, the qualitative accuracy was 92.3%, the positioning accuracy of ultrasound was 92.3%, 65.4% of qualitative accuracy, both qualitative accuracy of lesions was significantly (P lt;0.05); 12 例 than dynamic enhanced 3D-VIBE MR scan multiple small lesions found in 3 cases, more reliable diagnosis; 10 cases misdiagnosed 2 cases CT scan, MR examinations were qualitatively correct. Conclusion 3.0T MR scan and MRCP of hilar cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis and classification of great value higher than the corresponding B-, CT diagnosis; with 3D-VIBE sequence of dynamic enhanced MRI is able to clear arterial, portal venous phase and parenchymal phase and other phases, not only conducive to the discovery of small lesions, but also provide the blood of lesions for the situation, to provide higher value for the clinical imaging information.
