 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 3.0T MRI on the normal adult brain tissue ADC value of quantitative research [Abstract] Objective To explore the 3.0T MRI on the normal adult brain tissue in different parts of the apparent diffusion coefficient (apparent diffusion coefficient, ADC) values. Methods 30 healthy volunteers, 18 males and 12 females, average age 36 years old, and 3.0T MRI Conventional MRI and DWI checks up, b values obtained 0,1000 s/mm2. In the ADC map in different parts of the ADC values measured. Results The normal adult values in different parts of the ADC are as follows: lateral ventricle anterior horn of cerebrospinal fluid of (3.36 ± 0.5) * 10-3mm2 / s; semi-oval center (0.72 ± 0.05) * 10-3mm2 / s; Wilson is ( 0.71 ± 0.04) * 10-3mm2 / s; of the caudate nucleus (0.76 ± 0.04) * 10-3mm2 / s; hippocampus of (0.860 ± 0.03) * 10-3mm2 / s; cingulate gyrus (0.83 ± 0.04) * 10-3mm2 / s; internal capsule (0.69 ± 0.06) * 10-3mm2 / s; temporal cortex (0.84 ± 0.04) * 10-3mm2 / s; cerebellar hemisphere (0.73 ± 0.06) * 10-3mm2 / s; corpus callosum splenium (0.77 ± 0.06) * 10-3mm2 / s; hypothalamus (0.76 ± 0.04) * 10-3mm2 / s; occipital cortex (0.82 ± 0.06) * 10-3mm2 / s. Conclusion by measuring the ADC values of normal adults, for future research and clinical applications provide valuable reference value.
