Methods 2000-2008 our hospital 58 cases of intestinal vascular malformations in patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding due to the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The results of selective mesenteric hemorrhage phase of digital subtraction angiography confirmed 58 cases. Emergency surgery in this group 28 cases, 30 cases of elective surgery. Follow-up of 8 years, all to alleviate clinical symptoms, fecal occult blood negative for 55 cases, recurrence in 1 case. Conclusions Surgery is the treatment of intestinal vascular malformation hemorrhage, one of the most effective ways.
