This study diagnosis and treatment of eight cases of gallstone ileus, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Pinghu City, First People’s Hospital from February 2001 to December 2008 were treated in 8 cases, 3 cases showed high intestinal obstruction, 5 cases showed low intestinal obstruction. 2 cases were male, female 6 cases. Age 50 to 70 years with an average (61.53 ± 6.11) years of age. Patients were both recurrent history of right upper abdominal pain or cramps, duration of 3 to 20 years. Some cases have chills fever, jaundice, elevated white blood cell counts, liver function, blood bilirubin increased. 1.2 surgical findings two cases of incarcerated stones in the duodenum, upper jejunum in 2 cases, 4 cases located in the terminal ileum.
