Methods 24 healthy adult SD male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 6. Negative control (distilled water) and 3 different doses of acephate exposure group (11.81,23.63,47.25 mg / kg bw), by way of oral gavage exposure, were exposed to 60d. Detection of testicular oxidative damage index activity of SOD and GSH-Px, GSH and MDA content. The results of the exposure of Acephate in the testis homogenate of SOD and GSH-Px activity showed a dose-response relationship, in which high dose group was lower than the negative control group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion acephate at 47.25 mg / kg dose, on testicular antioxidant function to some extent. Results The activities of SOD and GSH Px in testis homogenate decreased with dose increasing, and significant difference was found between high dosage group and negative group (P lt;0.05) . Conclusion The results suggest that acephate at the dose of 47.25 mg / kg bw can inhibit the antioxidan function of the testis.
