Results (1) 71 patients with pneumoconiosis patients, ACE gene were 35 cases of type Ⅱ , accounting for 49.3%, ID genotype in 25 cases, accounting for 35.2%, DD genotype in 11 cases, accounting for 15.5%; 146 cases of normal control group Ⅱ type in 68 cases, accounting for 46.6%, ID genotype had 54 cases, accounting for 37.2%, DD genotype had 24 cases, accounting for 16.2%, genotype frequency difference between the two groups had no significant; (2) pneumoconiosis serum ACE concentration in patients with pre-WLL to 43.5 ± 13.37u / L, compared with the control group 31.62 ± 9.19 u / L was significantly higher (P amp;lt;0.01); (3) WLL after serum ACE concentration in patients with pneumoconiosis 26.74 ± 8.71u / L, significantly decreased compared with preoperative and tended to be normal; (4) WLL ago, ID genotype the highest serum ACE levels, DD-type followed, II-type minimum.
