Methods solvent separation system for separating parts of Actinidia deliciosa and roots of its total extract of 70% ethanol, petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol extract and 95% ethanol extract using MTT Method their respective pairs of cervical cancer cell line Hela, human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901, melanoma cell line B16, human liver cancer cell line Hele7404, mouse sarcoma cell line S180 and mouse liver cancer cell line H226 kinds of tumor growth inhibition of strain. Results Actinidia deliciosa root of the total 70% ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extracts and n-butanol extract on tumor six kinds of strains were inhibited. Conclusion Actinidia deliciosa root of the total extract of 70% ethanol, ethyl acetate extracts and n-butanol extract has some anti-tumor effects in vitro.
