Acute Hard membrane hematoma factors of death in patients: preoperative pupil change (OR = 2.60, P = 0.023), preoperative GCS score (OR = 4.66, P = 0.000), intraoperative brain swelling (OR = 4.16, P = 0.001) , preoperative hypotension or low blood oxygen (OR = 5.47, P = 0.000). The preoperative degree of midline shift head CT, hematoma volume and hematoma thickness, operative time after injury and the prognosis after surgery, but not the main factors . Conclusion Acute subdural hematoma patients younger than 40 years of age, preoperative GCS score higher, there is preoperative pupil light reflex, hypotension, and low preoperative oxygen, brain swelling in patients with non-recovery was relatively good.
