Methods All patients were treated with adefovir dipivoxil (Forrest Gump set) 10mg, each Day 1 Dayton clothing, treatment for 1 year. observed 6 months after liver function (ALT, AST) and treatment (12 months) after the end of serum fibrosis markers (HA, LN, CIV) and serum hepatitis B virus replication index ( HBV-DNA, HBeAg). Results of adefovir dipivoxil (Forrest Gump may be) the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. HBV-DNA decreased rapidly, a higher proportion of negative, liver function and liver fibrosis indexes were improved results better. Conclusion Oral administration of adefovir dipivoxil (Forrest Gump may be) easy, antiviral, reliable, and can improve liver function, liver fibrosis, non-related resistance, good tolerance and safety can be used as clinical anti- viral drug of choice.
