The results showed that: 34 patients, 31 patients with primary culture of MSC can achieve integration, of which 24 patients were successfully passaged more than 5 generations, and can be carried out PCR and FISH detection; FCM results showed that the 5th generation of CD14 CD45 cells, MSC expression of less than 0.04%; PCR results showed that post-transplant patients with MSC derived from patients themselves; FISH results showed that post-transplant patients with MSC 100% derived from patients themselves.
