The results range from 0.355 ~ 284μg/ml, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 97.7%, RSD = 1.73%. Conclusion This method is relatively simple and reliable, can be used for preparation of quality control. The average recovery was 97.7% and RSD was 1.73%. ConclusionThe HPLC method is simple, reliable, accuate and practical in quality control of Antiaging Soft Capusles.
