[Method] 15 patients, through the synovial fluid biochemical and conventional diagnostics, in the clean-up and arthroscopic synovectomy and postoperative continuous hedge drainage for 3 weeks. ESR, CRP and functional follow-up of 1 ~ 4 a. [Results] after 112 d ESR to normal, after 91 d CRP normal, 5 patients a month function fully restored to normal, 7 cases after 2 months of function fully restored, three cases of patients 3 months after the full restoration of function 1 patient returned to normal function after 3 months of acute purulent inflammation. [Conclusion] The arthroscopic synovectomy clean-up and treatment of acute suppurative arthritis ankle is a good way with less trauma, less complications and good recovery of joint function.
