Methods: 33 cases of 35 patients with corneal ulcers chopping off the lesion, and ulceration in the tile surface plant size bed similar to the amniotic membrane (amniotic membrane covering multiple ulcers on darker-line stuff, the slightly larger than the outer layer of amniotic membrane ulcer lesions and the surrounding normal cornea interrupted suture, postoperative treatment of corneal 2d wear soft contact lens, and for different causes corneal ulcer with a therapeutic point of eye drops. Results: All patients resumed within 1 ~ 2d anterior chamber, 1wk about significant improvement in local irritation, ulcers average healing time of 30 ~ 45d, 5 patients see neovascularization, corneal different levels scar formation, 2 cases of recurrent anterior corneal ulcer disappeared, underwent penetrating keratoplasty. After treatment, visual acuity improved in different degree.
