Methods 47 cases of skin and soft tissue inactivation of grinding frustration wound debridement, including 26 cases covered by biological dressing A wound (A group), 21 cases covered with Vaseline gauze wound (B), 2 groups were fresh and healthy granulation tissue in the wound when the line from the body thickness skin graft surgery, wounds were observed and compared group 2 and autologous skin transplantation. Results A group of wound infection was significantly lower than the B group, to appropriate conditions for autologous skin transplantation was significantly shorter in group B, the survival rate of skin grafts was significantly higher than that of B; followed up for 3 to 6 months, A wound scar group was lighter than B group. Conclusions can not be seriously hurt the skin replantation of avulsion wounds, after debridement in early A covered wound with a biological dressing to reduce infection rates and shorten the autologous skin grafting to achieve optimum conditions of time, increase the autologous skin graft survival rate after the skin graft, and can reduce scar later, good clinical effect.
