Methods: Online bioinformatic analysis tools and some other analysis softwares were used. Results: Tertiary structure of BoNT / E HC chain was anticipated and demonstrated. Nine possible antigen epitopes of the HC were predicted, and electrical potential map revealed the amphoteric domains of the HC. Conclusions: The predicting of antigen epitopes is of importance to the exploiting of BONT / E related agents, and domain analysis suggests domain’s pI is important to pH mediated membrane-passing.
