WHEREAS, Both Parties parties are under way of 200TPD Semi-continuous Refinery, 100TPD neutralization, and 10T/Batch operational project (hereafter referred to as the “Project”). Both parties hereby agree to provide related confidential information during the inquiry, implementation and cooperation of the project. The information provider (Party A) shall reserve the legal procession rights of such confidential information.
