Methods in Shenyang Children’s Hospital pediatric medicine in 2004  01 ~ 2006  06, using SPA direct rosette assay 36 cases of acute exacerbation of asthma and 30 healthy children, peripheral blood CD3, CD4, CD8 T-cell values, and CD4 / CD8 ratio, and compared.
