 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 Children with systemic inflammatory response syndrome endotoxin levels and IL6 IL10 TNFα and the dynamic monitoring of PCT [Abstract] Objective To study the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) during endotoxin, IL  6, IL  10, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF  α ) and procalcitonin (PCT) concentration changes, as well as within toxins and IL  6, IL  10, TNF  α , PCT correlation analysis. Method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay IL  6, IL  10, TNF  α , PCT; chromogenic substrate LAL endotoxin in vitro determination. Results IL  6, IL  10, TNF  α , PCT and endotoxin levels were significantly higher than when SIRS; endotoxin levels in a single organ damage / severe infection admitted to hospital d1 peak occurs; group of multi-organ damage seen peak appeared, the peak on the rise. PCT on admission d1 peak, then gradually decreased; TNF  α , IL  6 and IL  10 has been in a high level, and positively correlated with the disease. Conclusion endotoxin levels and IL  6, IL  10, TNF  α there is a certain degree of change in a positive correlation, and sicker over time and gradually increased. Endotoxin, PCT associated with the severity of SIRS, SIRS condition changes can be used as an early and specific indicators for monitoring.
