China CRM software vendor evaluation - Questionnaire Perspective
Preface
To better understand the China market, the status of CRM software vendors, which CRM software market in China highlights macro, GCCRM conducted a ‘Survey of China CRM software vendors’ vendors, including Siebel, SAP, Oracle, SalesLogix, Microsoft CRM, S , Kingdee, UFIDA, Powerise and TurboCRM.
The survey since February 17, 2005 begin on May 25 which lasted more than three months, the form is divided into online survey () and field surveys (‘2005 China CRM Forum ‘) are two way, the content including the selection score and the two parts of an open-ended questions (see questionnaire attached).
Methods of investigation:
The survey obtained 485 valid questionnaires, the validity of our questionnaire is defined as: to exclude duplicate vendor to complete and fill out the survey the situation of other questionnaires. Of which 443 were in Chinese, 42 were in English. As the main purpose of this investigation is to understand the CRM software vendors in the Chinese market on the performance of the situation, and in 5% of the maximum permissible error under the premise of 42 copies of the questionnaire in English is far from the minimum sample size (384 copies) and were therefore in this report, we have only selected the 443 questionnaires were analyzed in Chinese studies.
Survey results ranking:
The inadequacies of the investigation:
1. Questionnaire is relatively simple and may be aimed at software vendors products, services and so on in-depth investigation and insufficient; the same time, does not rule out the respondents themselves do not have the possibility of the user experience;
2. Chinese enterprises as a whole lags behind Europe and the United States business, and the domestic implementation of CRM projects is small, so the findings reflect only the software vendors in the China market, does not mean that all software vendors in the global market situati
