 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 14 Cholecystectomy via the cystic duct clinical analysis of 1569 cases of angiography 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the imaging via the cystic duct in cholecystectomy in the simple value. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 1991 ~ December 2004 among 1569 cases of cholecystectomy in simple conventional angiography via the cystic duct incidence of bile duct stones. Results 1023 cases of non-common bile duct exploration indications, after surgery in 51 patients with cystic angiography, positive, 49 cases confirmed by detecting stones, 546 patients had common bile duct exploration relative indications, angiography via the cystic duct 158 cases positive, 151 cases of exploration confirmed. Conclusion simple routine cholecystectomy can be found via the cystic duct imaging of occult common bile duct stones, can effectively reduce the residual bile duct stones, reduce bile duct injury.
