Methods of citrus aurantium extract 95% ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-butanol part of some chromatographic separation, identification by NMR and mass spectrometry analysis of the structure of their compounds . Results from the citrus aurantium were identified more than 4-methoxy flavonoids, namely Orange crystalline (Tangeretin, Ⅰ), tangerine flavin (Nobiletin, Ⅱ), 4 ‘, 5, 7, 8 - tetramethoxy flavone (4 ‘,5,7,8-Tetramethoxyflavone, Ⅲ), 5 - methyl orange flavin reduction (5-Demethylnobiletin, Ⅳ). Conclusion Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ compounds are the first time Citrus aurantium isolated. ConclusionCompounds Ⅰ - Ⅳ were isolated from Fructus Aurantii Immaturus for the first time.
