[Method] A retrospective analysis using debridement and internal fixation of 54 cases of spinal tuberculosis in patients with clinical data. [Result] incision healed, no local sinus formation; mean follow-up of 20 months, no recurrence of tuberculosis, bone fully integrated, the average kyphosis correction of 13 , nerve function is restored. [Method] Trace back and analyse the clinical data of 54 cases treated with the method above. [Result] All the patients were cured in stage 1, without focal sinus path formation; after followed up for 20m, there’s no recurrence, the bone transplantation completely melted, the spinal kyphosis was averagely corrected 13 , the nerve was recovered on function. [Conclusion] The said method can thoroughly clear focal , re establish spinal stability, promote spinal bone transplantation crasis, shorten in bed time, helpful to patients recovery.
