Methods 45 patients were treated with CEF new accessorial chemotherapy project after diagnoses. It lasted for 3 to 4 periods, while the interval was 21 days . Rsults The clinical complete rate (cCR) were 2 cases overall responses, effective responses was 35cases, partial response (PR) and middle response (MR) were 23 cases and 12 cases respectively. Effective rate was 82%. There was no serious toxicity reaction in the process of treating. Conclusion CEF new accessorial chemotherapy project can provide more choices to treat breast cancer.
