Methods Retrospective analysis of 23 cases of closed clinical data of patients with urethral injury, urethral injury in nine cases before them, bulb damage in 10 cases, posterior urethral injury in 4 cases. Urethral contusion 2 cases, to the anti-inflammatory bleeding, catheterization disposal; part of the fracture in 16 cases, 7 cases of urethral anastomosis repair, urethral realignment surgery in 7 cases, 2 cases with indwelling catheterization; complete rupture in 5 cases, 3 cases of urinary tract patch anastomosis, 1 case underwent urethral realignment surgery, 1 case of simple bladder fistulization. Results 23 cases treated by drugs and surgical results were satisfactory with few complications. Conclusion closed urethral injury should be based on the extent of damage and location choice different treatment methods. Indwelling catheterization, ant-inflammation and hemostasis were performed in 2 cases of urethral contusion and 2 cases of incomplete rupture of urethra.Totally 16 cases of incomplete rupture of urethra were treated by surgical operation in which 7 cases were performed by urethral realignment and 7 cases by urethral anastomoses.There were 5 cases of complete rupture of urethra, of whom, urethral realignment was performed in 3 cases, urethral anastomoses in 1 case and simple cystostomy in 1 case.Results Through drug treatment and operation, satisfactory effects were obtained in
