Abstract: Objective clinical practice of nursing full-time teachers and influencing factors, full-time teachers to improve care quality and provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods of five self-questionnaire in nursing full-time teaching medical schools and 59 teachers were investigated. Results 59 , 47 were willing to participate in clinical practice (accounting for 79.66), an annual clinical nursing care full-time teachers is a practice-based discipline, nursing theory and clinical practice need to be closely integrated. the rapid development of clinical nursing practice, book knowledge is relatively backward, nursing faculty need to constantly update their knowledge, education and clinical practice to prevent the schools out of touch. UK NMC time for clinical practice organizations (5.33 Soil 3.44) weeks, re-teaching tasks, the lack of appropriate incentives, no attribution feeling, and no consistent time clinical practice, research and heavy task in the first five factors. Conclusions clinical practice nursing full-time teacher is not optimistic, which may be re-teaching tasks, the lack of appropriate incentives, no sense of belonging, no consistent time clinical practice , weight and other factors research tasks, the need to establish individual clinical practice patterns and effective evaluation system in order to increase full-time teachers in clinical nursing practice time in order to improve clinical teaching.
