Methods of Peking University Third Hospital in January 1993 ~ June 2009 among 275 cases of pregnancy complicated with cardiac arrhythmias in patients with hospital delivery were retrospectively analyzed. Results pregnancy complicated by sinus tachycardia arrhythmia is most common, accounting for 48.7% (134/275), followed by atrial or ventricular contractions and pre-excitation syndrome, accounting for 29.5% (81/275) and 13.8% (38/275); 84.7% in pregnant women with cardiac arrhythmias (233/275) were without organic heart disease, heart function was Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade, 15.3% (42/275) of patients with structural heart disease arrhythmias ; no good pregnancy outcome in patients with organic cardiac arrhythmias, no maternal deaths, structural heart disease and heart arrhythmia grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ, the average gestational age of patients was significantly shorter (P lt;0.05), iatrogenic preterm delivery, child and maternal perinatal deaths were 32.3% (11/34), 17.6% (6 / 34) and 5.9% (2 / 34). Conclusion arrhythmia during pregnancy and pregnancy outcome in patients with structural heart disease and whether there is closely related to cardiac function; pregnancy complicated with arrhythmia in patients without organic heart function better, through standardized management, rational treatment can be a good pregnancy outcome ; organic heart arrhythmia grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ heart function due to cardiac causes of maternal cause of iatrogenic preterm birth, perinatal child mortality, maternal mortality increased significantly.
