HRCT evaluation of nodules and dust spots on the CWP display, thereby to explore the feasibility of HRCT diagnosis of CWP. Methods 45 cases of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis and dust contacts (during his lifetime X-ray diagnosis of 37 cases of non-pneumoconiosis, 0 in 3 cases, Ⅰ period of 5 cases) of the autopsy in vitro diagnosis of lung-line arguments pneumoconiosis, of which 32 cases with Heitzman immobilization , made of inflatable inflated fixed lung specimen drying to carry out coronal MSCT / SSCT and HRCT scan. Select the 13 cases of lung specimens of 18 thick slices of a thickness of 80 ~ 150μ m making a big slice. After the big slice the remaining sheets to 5μ m histological sections. Image analysis: (1) the number of nodules, sub 0 ~ 4; (2) nodule distribution, sub 0 ~ 3; (3) nodular type, sub-rounded nodules, fuzzy-like nodules and asterism nodules. And record the distribution of small nodules and its relationship with the inherent structure of the relationship between lung lobules. Results (1) autopsy pathology: CWP26 cases (Ⅰ period of 7 cases, Ⅱ period 17 cases, Ⅲ period of 2 cases), non-CWP 19 Li. 45 cases of autopsy lungs of workers exposed to dust pneumoconiosis diagnosis staging grounds with lifetime diagnosis of staging chest X-ray was significantly different (χ 2 = 4.9, P amp;lt;0.05). (2) 32 cases of lung specimens from the HRCT images show nodular exist, of which 29 patients had pathologically confirmed the existence nodules.
