Methods extracted by steam distillation of volatile oil components by gas chromatography - mass spectrometer for separation and analysis of data processor with HP-586/66XM database searching, using gas chromatography peak area normalization method determined the relative content of each component. Conclusions from the coastal beach Gan Laver volatile oil isolated 43 kinds of components, identified 28 species, identification rate of 65.12%, the main component is p-methoxy cinnamic acid ethyl ester, content of 40.96%; followed by ethyl cinnamate, the content of 23.68%; volatile oil of P. aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were significantly inhibited, no inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis and E. coli.
