[Method] 70 patients with gynecological surgery randomized patients, routine preoperative preparation, psychological care. Observed in patients with disabling nurse anesthetists, after anesthetic recovery, to be touching the right hand, ask or communication. Control group, patients with physical constraints of conventional medical management of recovery from anesthesia. The process of recovery were observed in patients with agitation frequency, heart rate fluctuations in the operating room number and postoperative satisfaction survey. [Results] To observe the restlessness of heart rate fluctuations in the number of patients less satisfaction significantly higher than that of the operating room, the difference was significant. [Conclusion] can communicate effectively to promote recovery of patient safety and reduce accidents complications and improve patient satisfaction. [Method] Randomly divide 70 patients of gynecological operation, with routine pre  operation preparation and mental nursing; for observation group, the nurses coordinate with anesthesia doctors for revival after stopping anesthesia to patients, touching right hands, making enquiry or communication. For the control group, make control to the limbs of patients, the anesthesia doctors manage revival. To observe both groups’ restlessness times, heart rates and post  operation satisfaction investigation. [
