Methods The self-designed questionnaire, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and the ability to scale living activities (ADL) of 200 cases of community stroke patients to investigate. Results communities, patients have the following characteristics: (1) female, primary school education level and age, were mostly large; (2) 15.5% of patients prior to the onset have an incentive prevalent mood swings, tiredness, blood pressure fluctuations; (3) 82.0% of patients with diseases, prevalent hypertension (64.0%); (4) lack of blood accounted for 87.0%; (5) 74.5% of patients had left dysfunction; (6) 30.5% of patients receiving rehabilitation treatment; (7) MMSE Rating (18 ± 10 ) points, ADL score (39 ± 13) minutes. Conclusion Community ischemic stroke patients were more common, high blood pressure is a major pathogenic factor, the majority of patients with left dysfunction, a serious shortage of rehabilitation therapy, life function and cognitive function in severely damaged and need to be concerned about.
