Results 135 patients were eligible, for various reasons, 35 cases PD exit, exit rate was 25.9% (35/135). of which 20 cases of death, transfer hemodialysis (HD) 6 , 9 cases of renal transplantation. Conclusions CAPD patients death is the main reason for the short term exit PD, and cardiovascular events in patients with CAPD peritonitis is the leading cause of death. So, should actively promote the integration of dialysis treatment before and after dialysis in patients with PD sustainable management.
