To make cheap and domestic infusion pump on time, complete uniform continuous infusion 5Fu mission since March 2007, our department the use of domestic infusion pump method was improved and used with the conventional manual method by comparison to find a most safe, convenient and effective use of domestic infusion pump method. now report the results as follows. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information 82 cases were confirmed by gastroscopy biopsy or surgical removal of pathological diagnosis, including 31 cases of gastric cancer, colorectal cancer in 51 cases. 58 males and 24 females, aged 23 to 76 years, average 56.1 years old.
