Methods 50 patients with lupus nephritis were divided into control group and treatment group, the hormone treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment given cordyceps preparations, the control group received conventional therapy only. 2 months were observed in patients after treatment of clinical and biochemical changes. Results After treatment, the treatment group clinical symptoms and signs of integration activity was lower than the control group immunological parameters improved significantly. Conclusions Cordyceps patients with lupus nephritis can improve immune function.
