TG levels of coronary heart disease increased in the diabetic group was higher than in CHD patients (lt;0.05, two groups of patients with HDL-C levels in the incidence of more than 50%. the two groups were poorer lifestyles and health knowledge, including diabetes, coronary heart disease in the control group the total food intake, vegetables, whole grains intake, limiting sweets and awareness of food rich in dietary fiber, and so better than CAD group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion lipid coronary heart disease patients with diabetes mellitus, uric acid metabolism disorders in patients with coronary heart disease more serious than a simple, should be targeted to strengthen hospital nursing intervention of coronary heart disease, secondary prevention of coronary heart disease well.
