Methods 100 cases of eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy began 1 week before surgery to give CSDP treatment, interventional treatment to continue after taking two weeks. Before and after treatment were used echocardiography in detecting left ventricular ejection fraction (left ventricular ejection, LVEF), high-resolution vascular ultrasound detection of brachial artery endothelium-dependent vasodilation (FMD), and to determine endothelin (ET-1), and a nitric oxide (NO) levels. Results The treatment group after two weeks of the brachial artery FMD increased (P amp;lt;0.05); endothelin (ET) was significantly decreased nitric oxide (NO) was significantly higher (P amp;lt;0.05).
