Conclusion Most of liver showed diffuse hepatic lymphoma rape Run, CT can not be found, some cases showed a small liver nodule or mass, CT has a characteristic performance, the performance can prompt diagnosis based on CT , combined with history can confirm the diagnosis. Methods We retrospectively analysed the CT manifestations of 11 patients with liver lymphoma who were confirmed by pathology or clinical data, one of them was primary liver lymphoma, ten of them were secondary liver lymphoma.All the patients were examined with spiral CT, plain scaning and contrast-enhanced CT scans. Results In the one patient with primary liver lymphoma, CT plain scanning showed single low-attenuation lesions in the liver, After administrating contrast- medium there was no evident enhancement. In ten patients with secondary liver lymphoma, only one presented single liver lesion, the other 9 cases presented multiple lesions. CT plain scan showed low-attenuation lesions in all cases. After administrating c
