Diabetes was determined and normal albuminuria group (A group), diabetic microalbuminuria group (B group), diabetic proteinuria group (C group) of serum cystatin C and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), right a comparative analysis of various indicators. Results cystatin C values of C group was significantly higher than B, A group, B group was higher than A group, cystatin C differences between the three groups were statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.05); BUN, Scr in the A, B group, no significant difference, but the C group of patients with BUN and Scr significantly higher than A, B group, the difference was statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion Serum cystatin C is an ideal indicators of early diagnosis of DN.
