Methods 81 cases of non- ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group and the control group using isosorbide mononitrate, low molecular weight heparin, simvastatin, observed group were treated based on the use ozagrel observe the clinical efficacy and blood rheology and plasma endothelin (endothelin, ET) and nitric oxide (nitrogen monoxidum, NO). Results Clinical observation group than the control group (P lt;0.05). after treatment ET level of the control group was significantly lower than before treatment (P lt;0.05), NO levels than before treatment (P lt;0.05), and after treatment group ET, NO level change than the control group was significantly (P lt; 0.05). After treatment, the blood rheology observation group were lower than before treatment (P lt;0.05), control group only high shear whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate, fibrinogen, lower than before treatment (P lt;0.05 ), the after treatment group were lower than the control group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion ozagrel can improve the non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction and hemorheology in patients with ET, NO level in on the basis of conventional therapy plus ozagrel can play a better therapeutic effect.
