Methods: The collected 100 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with fasting blood, 60 cases of healthy controls, using ELISA method to detect plasma MBL levels. Results: 100 cases of coronary heart disease in human plasma MBL levels average 3900μ g / L, standard deviation of 3209; 60 cases of healthy control group, the average value of plasma MBL levels 2056μ g / L, standard deviation of 1824. The plasma MBL coronary heart disease were higher than healthy control group by t test, t = 4071, P amp;lt;001, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The plasma MBL levels of coronary heart disease than healthy control group, both statistically significant difference in the mean comparison, plasma MBL involved in the occurrence of coronary heart disease, the development process.
