Methods in a hospital in Deyang City, Sichuan Province in 2008 May 12 ~ May 31 wounded admitted to the 1420 seismic data, the incidence of injuries in different parts and injuries in each age group, recalled the early treatment of classification, treatment methods and content. Results 1420 cases of the wounded, a total of 1821 injury, 1089 cases of a single site injuries, accounted for 76.69%; 331 cases of multi-site injuries, accounted for 23.31%; limb injury, the body surface and soft tissue damage than other parts of the injury; injury was more than a single site multi-site injury (P lt;0.01). wounded stream up to 2 days before after the earthquake, accounting for 68.80%, significantly more than other times (P lt;0.01); 19 ~ 45-year-old age group than other age groups injured (P lt;0.01); more than 12 hours after injury have been treated before the wounded up to (P lt;0.01). Conclusion usually the speed of disaster relief in the treatment is the key, the information is to ensure early detection rescuing the premise; in the treatment of the principles to be followed in damage control, peacetime training and strengthening self-help and mutual aid first aid training can be save more lives of the wounded, the militarization of disaster relief aid is the new trend of the future.
