 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 10 Different components of plaque spiral CT coronary angiography with conventional coronary angiography-control study [Abstract] Objective: To study the 16-slice multi-slice spiral CT (MDCT) coronary angiography and conventional coronary angiography (CCA) for different plaque components to determine the relevance of the degree of stenosis and to assess MDCT coronary angiography for the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis accuracy. Methods: check the time interval ≤ 1 month of MDCT coronary angiography and CCA complete image data, according to the ingredients found in patches classified as fully calcified plaque, mixed plaque and soft plaque. The patient as a unit were calculated according to the nature of plaque above moderate and moderate stenosis of the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value. Results: The CCA and MDCT evaluation of fully calcified plaque, plaque and soft plaque mixing three of the stenosis degree of correlation coefficients were 0.364,0.854,0.773, the overall correlation coefficient of 0.610. The patient as a unit, 16-slice MDCT Coronary stenosis moderate and moderate sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of 91.30%, 80%, 91.30%, 80%; by fully calcified plaque, mixed plaque, soft plaque were 83.33%, 77.78%, 45.45%, 95.45%; 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%; 90.91%, 91.30%, 90.91%, 95.45%. Conclusion: MDCT coronary angiography in mixed plaque and soft plaque degree of stenosis can be caused by a more reliable assessment, but easy to over-evaluation of calcified plaque degree of stenosis. 16-slice MDCT coronary imaging can basically satisfy the suspect or the right coronary artery disease, low-risk patients the need for screening of initial diagnosis.
